REFUND

You can easily return your product to the address listed below if you are not satisfied with it for any reason within the first 60 days after placing your order. When we receive your products and once we have granted your request, the refund process will start.

Within the first 60 days of receiving your shipment, you must submit a refund request. Before submitting your refund request, kindly verify the mailing date on the box.

Renew does not accept any responsibility for the shipment or refund procedure; the vendor will be responsible for covering the costs related to your refund.
